Our History
Founding and Vision
Legitum Language Services was established in 2009 by Iurii Abdușa, a graduate of the Faculty of Translation and Interpretation – School of International Interpreters (FTI-EII) of Mons (Belgium), with a vision to deliver high-quality language solutions tailored to legal and institutional needs.
Official Accreditations and Recognition
Shortly after graduation, Iurii was accredited by the Belgian Federal Public Service of Justice (SPF Justice), the International Association of Conference Interpreters (AIIC), and the Belgian Chamber of Translators and Interpreters (CBTI/BKVT), as well as recognized by dozens of embassies and consulates in Belgium.

An apostille is a form of authentication for documents intended for use in foreign countries.

The translator can obtain an apostille, but only for the translation of your document, not the original.
Steps:
- Affix their digital signature and stamp on the translation.
- Submit the translation to the e-legalization platform.
An apostille can only be issued by the authorities of the country that issued the original document.
Process:
- Send the document back to your country of origin for apostille.
- The Ministry of Justice or Foreign Affairs in your home country will issue the apostille.
- Once issued, the apostille allows international use in Hague Convention countries.
Note: Belgium cannot issue an apostille for foreign documents.
